Description
Carla Sclanders is a STOTT certified Pilates instructor with many years of experience teaching Pilates in a clinical environment. Mostly taking clients for private sessions, she has decided to offer this unique opportunity to join her small group class catered to those who require more in-depth teaching with the option to modify exercises to their unique body types, injuries or posture.
Prerequisites
Beginners welcome.
Supplies
. All Pilates equipment will be supplied.
Wear something comfortable to workout in as well as a pair of socks (preferably non-slip socks).
Bring along a gym towel and a bottle of water.
