During this class you will learn the essential skills of working with clay using the potter’s wheel, this includes centering clay, shaping it into various forms and trimming and detailing your piece.

Bring your creativity and enthusiasm.
Clay can be purchased at the EAC on the first day of class.
A basic pottery tool kit can be purchased at Kmart and most Two Dollar Stores.
Wear old clothes and bring an apron to wear. and an old towel.
