Dive into the exciting world of pottery with our 8-week Pottery Club for teens! Led by the talented Heather, this class focuses on mastering the art of hand building techniques. Teens will learn to work with clay, shaping it into functional and decorative pieces such as bowls, vases, and creative sculptures. Each session builds on foundational skills, allowing students to develop their own unique artistic style while exploring surface decoration, texture, and glazing. Perfect for teens who love working with their hands and are eager to express themselves through clay, this class fosters creativity and craftsmanship in a supportive and inspiring environment.
No prior experience needed—just a willingness to explore and create!

Prerequisites
Teens 11+
Every term, this class aims to give something valuable to both returning students and newcomers. We want everyone to keep learning and improving in their art, using content that adds to what they already know and can do.
Supplies
Clay, glazes and firing are included in the cost. Clay tools, moulds and everything teens will need are available for use in the class.
Children to wear old clothes as we get messy when we're having fun. Aprons can also be provided.
