HWW2.1: Wet Felting Workshop with Heather Wratt

In this fun workshop we will make a wet felted vessel, about 14 cm high, with an inlaid design element as a vessel, a lantern or as a vase.

Description

We will start the workshop with a  discussion of  possible colour combinations  using the colour wheel.    We will learn how to lay out combed merino wool onto  a flat shape.  A design resist  and  merino wool will enhance our vessel with our own creative design.    We will then wet felt our work before finally  shaping  our  3D vessel.
